  Classes/Workshops

The Actor’s-Craft Studio offers classes in beginning acting technique, beginning, intermediate and advanced scene study, and an audition class. All classes are taught by Richard Alan Nichols. Mr. Nichols’ teaching techniques are based on the teachings of Uta Hagen, with whom he studied for five years. Class terms are eight weeks and meet once a week for a two hour session.

City in Motion Dance Theater
Movement for Theatre Lab

Instructors: Beth Byrd, Alex Kipp, Eric Davis
Explore a variety of movement techniques for the stage. Participants will gain knowledge and practical application of methods such as Decroix, Le Coq, Marceau, Avital, Margolis-Brown and others. The content of the workshop will rely in part on suggestions from the participants. Dress in cool, loose clothing.
