Room for improvement

I have to agree with the other reviewer, although I will try to be more constructive with my comments. As a theatre artist as well as an instructor of theatre, I will say that you need to do some work on range of emotion with the actors. The delivery was fairly flat. I know from talking to the playwright, I believe it was, that the intention was to write a morality play. I think that instead of spending so much time having the other characters try to talk Harry out of drinking, have the other characters be people who don't know Harry and don't care whether he drinks or not. Show him struggle more with whether or not to fall off the wagon and then have people come in who can represent different sides of the issue. The wine-into-water was a clever idea. Do more with that. If you want to make it one of the centerpieces of the play, really delve into the idea and the significance of it much more. You have a good core here, but it needs some work on the page and on the stage.
